You agree to hire Netspot USA LLC to execute the plan selected (Basic, Standard or Deluxe).  You will be billed the selected promotional  program price for three months, after that you will be billed the regular price each month on auto pay for twelve months, you can opt-out after six months with a thirty day written notice.
Your credit card will be charged each month around the day from the date of your first payment.
All prices are based per location.
All customer data gained belongs to the customer.
List growth- our monthly fee increases $100 per every 1,500 program subscribers, (the equiavalent of 0.06 cents per contact). This is due to the price of the different software we use, and it’s based on active subscribers in the program who we are messaging.
If you have selected a plan that has ad spend management, you will have to set an additional monthly budget for ad spend that will be billed to you directly from the ad platform.
You agree to grant us access to your social media account so we can manage our program accordingly to the plan you have purchased.
